OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mattressdirect.ca deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture.The delivery personal  will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Money Back Guarantee for Memory Foam Mattresses

If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your memory foam mattress, you can return it for a refund less the original shipping charges depending on the area. The customer will be responsible for returning the product via Fed ex or UPS  with their own expenses. The product will be inspected on return and issued a refund less original shipping, if the product is in a reasonable condition (no stains, signs of abuse, etc. ).

(Some time we offer discount on shipping, but the original shipping will be the exact charges incurred while shipping the mattress  to your home)

Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused. We must be notified within 10 days after your 30 day trial expires. Please note we will not accept returns BEFORE the 30 day trial has expired, as it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress.
